Design Notes:

Structure is Extra Light with Cheap materials. Armor is DR 2 Cheap Wood. Empty weight is 143.6 lbs. Armor weight and cost were reduced by 1/6 since the wagon can only carry exposed cargo. A -hex yolk-and-pole harness are used if the wagon is being pulled by a dog, goat, etc.
